ok, but weed also can raise your estrogen levels I am pretty sure. Also has adverse effects on motivation/training. I would stay away from the recreational drugs(unless you need them for pain) while you on..and personally I would stay away from them all together if you can.
 
well, eating enough calories wouldnt be much of a problem :D . im an occasional smoker of the bud, dont buy commercial crap, stick with the good stuff. it makes so much of a difference.

I smoke before I work out all the time. I have a lot better focus and intensity. Increases estrogen, decreases testosterone, blah, blah, blah. I've seen numerous studies proving and disproving both. All I know is it has not effected me in any detrimental way. Helps me relax and lower stress levels (very important to overall health).

But, as said above, don't smoke the dirt weed. You need the sticky green with frosted leaves, no stems, no seeds.

smoking wont lower your test levels. it especially wont matter if you are taking exogenous testosterone anyway. as far the estrogen thing......there is no proof of it as far as i know. it may contain some estrogenic cannabinoids but i doubt that it will make much of a difference.

on a plus side it is the best appetite stimulant around and will lower your stress levels if you are a tense person.

lower stress = lower cortisol

IMO......toke it up
