Bro thats the worst advise I ever heard You should NEVER EVER shot the air bubbles IN Thats JUST insane make one mistake injecting your quad not only put A>S right in to your blood stream But an air pocket as well That JUST stupid , Like said shot air in to the bottle that will allow for a better flow in the syringe TRY AND GET OUT AS MUCH OF THE BUBBLES AS POSSIBLE IF THERE ARE A FEW TINY ONES just make sure they are not in the center part between the neddle and syringe . second put A big enough air bubble in to a muscle that will rise to the surface under the skin can cause mad problems , also it is tougher to get bubbles out of water based than oil

and FYI it takes a lot less than 10cc in a main artery to go stright to the heart and kill you and I have heard of guys making that very mistake asperated wrong and put empty air in vien Visit them at there gave and say it takes 10Cc to do it

Also heard of a few cases where a air pocket was put In there ass put pressure on the siatic nerve and casued tempory motor problems to that leg Not every ones siatic nerve goes in a stright line
Ever hear of "air bubble injection method"? Shooting a little bit of air IM or SQ is routinely done in medical situations to lock medication in the muscle (prevent seepage) and to clear the needle fully.
Like .2cc of air. Those small bubbles are probably harmless, although I hear you about clearing the bubbles out of the needle.

My doctor told me the whole bubble in the syringe thing is a farce and that it would take a lot of air injected directly into a vein to cause major problems. I asked him because I was getting an I.V. once (Directly into my vein and I watched about a 1/2" bubble travel down the tube and was freaking out as it neared my body thinking I was going to die as I watched my life pass before me. Quite funny in hindsight, but needless to say I lived. I would ask a doctor that went through years of schooling and years of practice about it if it worries you. But I am not worried my doc made me feel comfortable and the fact I watched air go into my own veins I have no worries at all. but to be safe it definately does not hurt to minimize them.

Its not exactly a farce, but its very rare that someone would die from air embolism. All you need to know about air embolisms:

It takes a full 3cc of air to be injected into the vein for it to kill you, most people only inject 2ml at a time and unless your are using a massive syring there is no problem.

However, draw with a 21 guage. First fill the syringe with 1cc of air (1ml)then insert the needle and pump 1ml of air into the vial. Then draw out the juice, this will make the juice flow into the syringe easier.

After injecting the air into the vial draw back 1/4 of a ml on the syringe and hold it there, let the juice flow into the syring and stop, pull the plunger back further (1/2ml) and stop let the syring fill and so on. Alot of people are in a rush to draw the shit out and this resolves in bubbles in your syringe.

If you take your time there will be little to no bubbles in the syring when you finish, tap the syringe a few times (whilist still in the vial push the pluger up till you have the right amount (ie 2 ml) and pull the needle out.

There sometimes will be lil bubbles around the rubber stopper at the back of the plunger, dont worry about it, if there are sitting on the rubber and didnt come out when tapping they wont be injected because the stopper stops before the end on the syringe.

If you follow the steps and take the time,(usually takes about 1 min) you will not have any bubbles.

Also if there are bubbles they wont come out (sometimes stubbern bubbles) sit the syringe needle up for a minute usually they will make there way to the top.

If they wont move just watch the bubble when your injecting.
( if a arm or leg shot)

yeah thats not such a good thing to say with so many people looking for info on this stuff, they might get the idea that air in a syringe cant hurt them. Personally i am freak about air in my syringes i would rather waste alittle then inject air, but then again i dont have to worry about running out anytime soon.

but small air bubbles arent too bad, but dont half ass your draw and injection and somehow go about killing yourself.

Sometimes it's virtually impossible to get all the air out I'm using 23guage. I notice when pulling back it's seeping through the rubber plunger plus through the oil. I'm flicked and flicked nothing works. so I just have to inject it and hope for the best.

You guys inject intramuscularly with a 27 g? That's begging for one of those suckers to break off. 27 and 25 g is used for local infiltration. That's what we use to inject lidocaine before we suture someone or do an invasive procedure.

21 g should be the smallest size you use for an intramuscular injection.

I agree that drawing it up in a larger needle (18 g, blunt, filtered) will prevent some air bubbles from forming. The consequences of the air bubbles are pretty much miniscule, but there are risks. Drawing it up slowly will also help.

21 for I'm minimum? Wow I am not going to put a 16 penny nail in my leg. I use 25 for my tren mostly. I have even used 30gage 1/2 inch but you have to make sure you hit a muscle with almost zero fat on it and I push a little into the muscle. With the 30gage I can draw it in about 3 minutes and inject in about 20 seconds or less. It really sucks my 25s are perfect I think. A nice balance of low pain a fast injections
