Bruised rib on 1st cycle

On a cycle of T400 and anavar, and i injured my rib dropping the bar with a plate on each side on my stomach on a suicide set..and i was fine but then i did oblique V-ups and now 2 days have passed and i have developed a swollen rib.
I hit the gym again today, did chest

Hit around 85% of my weight for 6X5 on bench, and incline bench,
couldn't really do pull-ups had to go do latpulldown, and I've only done 1 week of my cycle.

Do you think taking a low dose of anavar 25mg a day till i start anavar at 75mg a day would help with the recovery of my rib.

It hurts when i do a situp or lie on by chest,
i can still however bench press, deadlift and bent over row...so i can assume that the rib isn't broken, but just underwent some trauma and is swollen...it does not really have a visible bruise on it yet...., just swelling and I've been icing it.

Advice, suggestions, i do not want to get off my cycle...i was thinking of when working out get some compression tape and tape off my midsection and lift carefully for a bit don't go super heavy.
