Bros, why does this happen to me and what does it mean?

It might be something quite else, if it hits your fingers.
Inpinchment syndrome. That's if a nerve is under much pressure, usually accompanied by an inflamation in the shoulder or elbow. However, it can occur standalone from simply high muscle density or being swole while on.

OH! And delts too! Can't sleep on my side because my delt will start to fall asleep. And by sleep on my side, my pecs meet together...they to go to sleep. And of course the hands too. Seems like the ONLY way things to do fall asleep is when I sleep on my back. But I cannot do that. I enjoy sleeping on my side. I have a hard time falling asleep on my back.

Something may be impinging on a major nerve. Maybe in you neck. What kind of pillows do you use? You may want to try one with neck support.

I have carpel tunnel and must do forearm weighted twisting motion to improve wrist strength. I will sleep on either side and ocassionally the arm will go numb. Need to sleep on "me back side."

PEACE

Have you had the CTS release surgery?

If so, let me know what you think of it.

If not, let me know why not...

Peace.
