Bros, why does this happen to me and what does it mean?

I read in one of my books that taking Aspirin will thin blood. But also inhibit some muscle gain. I'll get back to you on this later in the day.

I'm a remodeling contractor (carpenter). I use my hands all day. Swinging a hammer, using cordless drills, caring material etc.
I wake up all the time with my hands numb, really sucks. If I have a slow period where I am not working much, it seems to get better. I am sure I have carpal tunnel. I talked to a plumber who also uses his hands all day. His hands would go numb and worked it's way up to his shoulder. Three months after his carpal tunel surgery he says he's totally fine now. Just something to think about.
About the snoring, eventually you will get used to your own snoring and not wake up. Poor wife though, I know my girlfriend rarely sleeps with me.

I've heard rumors of this, too, but would be pleased to see some actual literature/reasoning on the subject. M'kay...
