bros help me out please!!!!

ok guys help me out. i'm on a cycle (3rd one!)
consists of:
1-9 omna eod
2-9 generic supplement eq 200mg eq eod
1-6 gs anapolon 125mg ed
6-12 fina 100mg/ml ed
9-12 gs stromba 70 mg ed
1-12 25mg proviron ed

i'm eating around 5000 cal a day and 3 grams protein per kg bodyweight. sleeping 10 hours a day. train split scheme. 2 days on training. one hour in the midday and one hour in the evening. (twice a day)and the one day rest. and the 2 days on again so i train aroud 9 times a week. also i bicycle 25 km a day. now the first days of the cycle where great. blowing up like a ballon (the only i wanted MASS MASS MASS) but after something like 14 days it stopped. was up 9 lbs and now the weight stays the same and i'm in day 22 ore so. but strenght is going way up. don't get it???? also have alot of supps used like vitamins, mct oil 40 ml a day, and milk thistle.

what the fuck is wrong, the only thing i want to do is gain, and the are alot of people that grow better then me on half the dosages and half the training. getting a little bit of irritated because al my friends are going up way up in weight and i'm not!
the gear is real. horny as a bitch, and irritated so something is working.

can someone help me out?????

i feel like i can stop the cylce already, because i'm not gaining anymore!
 
Personally i would cut out the biking 25 km/day, if you want to gain some serious size you can't be doing that shit. Also, it hard to tell but i think you maybe overtraining bro! You should post your weekly workout (ie. monday-chest, tuesday -back.......) and include your split workouts. I only train 5 days a week, and most of the big boys do to!!! Basically if your not growing then there is either something wrong with your diet, or your training, or that your gear is crap (underdosed, fake.....). You should try changing your workouts or even try eating more food and aim for 5500-6000 calories a day!!! Hope this helps bro!!!!
 
I would agreee with Tech. I think that you are overtraining. You are doing 25 km a day of bicicling and training too much. Your body have not time to recuperate and grow. Remember it is in the rest when you grow up. I will eliminate, like Tech, your 25 km of byke. Your body dont "know" if you want to gain mass or have a strong resistance, both thing at same time it is very,very difficult
 
i find when i had a shitty cycle.....it was from not eating enough. whether too scared to "get fat" or just not getting the food in day after day. but overtraining will also kill gains. i started doing 4 on 3 off, each bodypart once a week hitting it pretty hard. working well for me.....everyone is different. sounds like your overtraining your ass off.....but post it up exact, and maybe i am wrong.
 
the cycling is because i don't have a car and work and gym are about 12 km off where i live. so can't cut that out!

training scheme is as follows:

day 1 back (one hour midday) triceps (one hour evening)
day 2 legs ("" ) shoulders (""" )
day 3 0ff
day 4 chest ("" ) triceps (""""""' )
day 5 back (""""' )biceps (""""" )
day 6 off
day 7 legs ("""" ) shoulders ("" )
day 8 chest ("""""""' ) biceps (''''' )
day 9 off


and the repeat from day one.

the only thing that i could think off that is hindering my gains is a not ritmic live! i'm late up and i go to bed late!

Let me be the first to say "your overtraining bro!!!!!!". You should try only training ONE body part a week!! Theres no way that if your training hard and training each muscle group twice a week that your going to get enough rest to let your muscles grow. Remember this classic line bro, YOU GROW OUT SIDE THE GYM, when your eating and resting. Anyone else care to add something??
 
My weight gain stops dead in it's tracks when overtraining but my strength still manages to rise. For me, I have to take at least 4 days off to recoup from and accidental overtrain condition.
 
so only train in am and do 2 muscle groups together is better? ore even better give me a good training scheme!! 'i usely do 4 exercises per bodypart. and 4 sets per exercise

i do:
monday: legs
tuesday: off
wed: chest/back
thurs: bi/tri/forearm
friday: delts/traps
sat: off
sun: off

i do 2-3 exersizes per bp and 3 sets of each on average. usually a low rep exersize (like bench press for ~6 reps) then a moderate rep exersize ( fly's for 10-12 reps).....3 sets of each. also throw in a few sets of dips too. just an example of a bodypart.
 
You are overtraining and not getting enough protien. You should be getting 400-500g of protien a day and working out 1-1.5hours per day max. More sleep would do alot more good than more training. Try this:

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Biceps/calves
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Back
Friday: Shoulders/calves
Saturday: Triceps
Sunday: Rest
 
I know I will be the odd man out on this, but just keep doing what you are doing for about one more month. Patience is the missing ingredient here.

As far as overtraining goes...well, I don't really believe too heavily in that concept. Your body will adapt to your current regimen, it will just take a bit longer is all. Even if overtraining were a valid theory, nine hours a week of training is hardly overkill.

After all, you have gained nine pounds in 22 days, right? What exactly do you expect, a pound a day? Be realistic here. Diligence, intensity, consistency, patience. You have the first two down pat. Implement the last two and see what happens.

All i see here is -you're training bis & tris and shoulders......how about training your whole body especially squats,some of the biggest freaks got that way incorporating heavy squats into their routine!

uhm radar, you should go to a eye-specialist. i do legs two time a week!!! and that will include squats... maybe you blind on you're left eye and seeing ok on you're right. got 'm??

i'm upping te protein to 4 gram per kg bodyweight. and will use a new training scheme. thanx for tha replys

No cardio!!!
