Bromo & ECA ?

I have read it both ways on bromo & ECA (i.e. that ECA stacks does inhibit bromo's action and it does NOT).

I had been taking 1.25mg bromo in the AM for about 2 weeks with ECA. Really had no problems.

Then I read that you should not take ECA with bromo. I stopped the ECA and the first day I had a headache all day and did not feel to good. Not sure if I got better absorbtion without the ECA or just a chance happening.

I am now taking 2.5 mg bromo a day without ECA and no prolems. But I would love to add the ECA back in if it did not interfere with the bromo.

Is there a definitive answer on whether ECA and/or NYC+ (I have both) can be taken with bromo? If they cannot be taken, is there anything else that can be (i.e. green tea, etc..)

Thanks

if you take both together you get pretty much the same effects of each individually. bromo *MIGHT* lower the effectiveness of the ECA, but nothing you would notice. it will still lower prolactin. however, the only "problem" with taking them together is that ECA negates the appetite suppression of the bromo for some.

Wow - I can't even stomach 2.5mg of bromo. Last time I tried I vomited my breakfast - while driving - not a pretty sight :(

Had little bits of oatmeal stuck all over my carpet
