broken gear shipped what to do??????

had my gear shipped got a few btles 1 btle was shattered into peices to call this a loss or a poor packing job and also do I ask my source if is will to send same thing or something of same value to compensate broken vial. I feel that that is the right way I did not pay for broken glass anyone ever had this happen to them? source has always been great, if about missing things or ect so I would think it would not be a prob?

If your source doesn't take responsibility for a damaged shipment then he doesn't deserve to be your source any longer.

I would have to agree here. If it is packaged right it should not break, period. Sometimes it takes me about 15 minutes to unpack some of my stuff when it arrives because it is so wrapped up in whatever it takes to insulate it and the metal foil/tape etc etc.

yes the source said that we can figure out how to fix is out of the winny now so wtf, but was more pissed about the shipper packing it like it was a xmas ham becasue that thing was buldging from the sides like it was about to burst. and yes if the boxxed leaked I would not be here right now it was wrapped tight but just too much stuff in 1 box and price we never say prices so goodluck on that one.

If your source is out of Winny, that's not your fault........make him send you two bottles of Tren to make up for it. He'll learn one way or another......trust me.

All responsibility ultimately falls on him, not his reshippers.

a good source would absolutely replace this. it was an honest mistake but it should have been packed better. i would have been pissed.

if not threaten to spread the word online that they are unreliable. as radar can attest, sources get nervous about that kind of thing. who wants to deal with someone who is unreliable?

Sounds like the re-mailer needs a beating....if the source is out of winny, he needs to send a bottle of Tren. This is a good lesson in quality control for your source, the more times his re-mailer fucks up, the more money he will lose.

I think you're too nice, Rao.........If I was in your position I'd have already explained the situation to my source, told him what my expectations were for compensation and had them in the mail coming to me already.

I guess I failed to point out something...

If it was packed in what I would consider more than a satisfactory SAFE WAY (and STILL got broke because of rough uncontrollable shipping), then NO I wouldnt expect anything else...

But if the packaing was just a couple of bottles in a box with some newspaper for padding and had none or VERY LITTLE safeguards THEN I would expect something else sent (though to be honest I am NOT SURE I would even want to receive ANYTHING from that source again), as if it breaks and gets searched it would be MY ASS that got in trouble for receieving it

It sounds to me like it was the re-shipper's fault......trying to cut corners instead of breaking the shipment in to two packages.

Your source better ship you a fresh vial of tren to make up for the Winny, since he's sold out of it.
