broke my hand butt need to stay in shape!!!HELP!!

whats up guys i am just startin to get bigger and put on some real size and today i decided to break my dam hand which means cant exactly workout much any ideas of what i can do to stay and somewhat good shape and still hit my mager body parts please help me thanks alot guys....
 
Legs can be done pretty good, with machines since you can't hold bars ect..

For bis/tris Try using a cable machine with a bar attachment and rest it on your forerms during the movement. I would wrap your forearms up in some thick bandages first or there going to get bruised.

shoulders, do em one at time using a pully machine and a handle attachment. put your arm though the handle attachment and use your bandaged forearm to hold it again then do one side flys.

traps, I've heard of some people using a standing calf machine.

Back. If you gym has the things that hook to the chin bar that you can stick your arms in (there used for haning calf raises for people who don't want to hand on) you can do an awkward chin using them, the range of motion is limited but what are you gonna do, put the strap as close to your elbow as possible to increase weight and ROM.

chest use a pec deck, (some gyms you don't need to hold onto the handles there are large arm support pads)

If you can some gyms have a reverse peck deck so you can hit your back too.
