What are we taking now for kidney health? Cranberry extract? My pee is a little on the dark side. No back pain, just darker than usual. My current cycle is:

Test enanth: 250mg/week
Test prop: 200mg/week
fina: 75mg/ed
winny: 50mg/eod

I could be paranoid and just dehydrated.

Then again I am going through some VERY turbulent times in my life right now so my kidney health is not that important to me right now. (Sorry, I know I am usually much more helpful than this but....not today )

Tylers is sold at the AF store. Don't know if its elsewhere. Cranberry extract is what I take for kidneys. There are others, I don't know them offhand, maybe another bro will chime in on that. Fina gives me lower back pain. At first I thought it was kidneys, but, its not. Might be the same problem your having. I would get the cranberry extract and see if that helps. If it doesn't, it might just be lower back pain. If your really worried, you could drop the fina & continue with the rest....
