Ive been bridging instead of cycling off for almost a year now. The results:
1 - I dont suffer any down time. No lost muscle or period where I dont feel strong and motivated.
2 - My body weight on a bridge is 210lbs. Last year my body weight when OFF was app. 180-190 and soft and weak. At 210 I am still hard, compared to my peak bulking weight of 225 from
3 - Because I am not losing weight between cycles, I consistantly make NEW progress on every cycle.
Next cycle should put me at my goal of 240lbs, only much harder then I had hoped. Ive been trying to hit this weight and It just hasnt happened cycling. Bridging is the shit.
Other major +'s from the last year:
Realizing that your body can use more then 2 grams of gear per week.
Ttokkyo products and Liquidex.
