IMO,bridging is a waste!!! The whole purpose of cycling is just that cycling on and off.Bridging is nothing more than staying on all year round.Even at moderate doses,your body will still react to it and not start producing on its own again.If your a competitive BB,and maintaining what you have is what your after,then its fine,but when its time for them to restore their own body's natural test production,its abitch.I know a few guys who compete and have had to go thru alot of therapy to get their boys working again.
It's all about health and longevity bro.Do your cycles and proper pct and you'll make great gains and most importantly STAY HEALTHY!
