Bridging Question: Why in the A.M.?

I have seen many people say that when bridging with Anavar or D-bol, to take it all in the morning. Now the idea is that if you take all of your dosage at once, is that it lasts in your system just a few hours of the day and it is not in the body long enough to seriously hinder your HPTA. But why does it have to be in the A.M.? Why not a couple of hours before you workout? I pump iron in the evenings and I am thinking of bridging with d-bol this cycle (just 10mg/day). I would like to get a little bit of a pump and workout while it was still in my system. So how 'bout it?

That is a very good idea, I don't see any reason why it could not be done with the same effect because you are still taking the doses in = time apart so in a sence it should work the same correct ? I'll bump for more opinions cause I would like to know for sure as well

Your body produces most of its testosterone while you're sleeping. So if you take your dosage in the morning, assuming the drug has a short life of a few hours, it should be out of your system by the evening. Some guys will disagree with this method and say it still interfears with normal test production. Only way to be sure is to get regular blood tests done and keep track of your test levels.

yeah, peak Lutenizing Hormone release is in the early morning, and the presence of exogenous hormones at this time will cause negative feedback and less LH release (and subsequent GNRH and test production).

I know it will interfere a little. Anytime you take steroids in any amount your hormones are out of whack (for the better obviously) and your body will adjust to it. But I just wanted to see if anybody had any opinions or, even better, anyone knew of any studies or even theories on this.

So as a result of this, would it actually be better to take the dosage later in the day, do you think? That is a question just based on what you said here.

If your body is looking for 10mg/day of test and it doesn't see it then it will make it. 10mg is the average amount it makes on it's own in a day. If you take the 10mg of dbol in the AM you will be considerably short of the 10mg of test your body is looking for when it starts production when you go to sleep. Afterall you only took 10mg of dbol not test. You may upset this if you take it later in the day closer to the time you go to sleep. Take it in the morning.

Yeah it's 5-10mg per day, depending on the individual. But I see what you are saying. If it is true that you actually produce more testosterone overnight, then it would interupt that if you took the D-bol (or Anavar) at night, as it will be in your system during the periods when you are supposed to be producing the most testosterone. Interesting. Thanks for the input. You got karma. :D

Anyone else have any thoughts?
