Bridge or Stay Clean-What's your opinion???

In your opinion,what do you think is more effective? Bridging,with something like 200-300mgs of Primobolan or 30-40mgs of Anavar a day between cycles? Or to stay totally clean,until your next cycle?-THE PROTOTYPE

staying clean will give you bigger results after it's like going 2 steps forward and 1backwards
Bridging will keep you growing but slowly
I've done all two and now I'm bridging, the best choice for this is 100mgTest a week

I've bridged my last two cycles with 40mg Anavar/day. I have been very happy with the results. I've kept most of my strength and hardened up a bit. Also, my natural test seems to be able to recover at this dose.
