Bridge Cycles?

I'm new to AAS, i've been doing alot of research. A buddy of mine put me on to prohormones and i've realized i made a big mistake and i'm pretty much wasting my time. Is there anyway i can cut PCT short? Or how do i go about bridging cycles? Should i just run low dosage of test? Thanks
 
sorry guys i am new, i'm still learning. But i found out that i'm gonna lose gains that i put on with pmag25. I'm 5'11, 160 BF% 12. I've been working out for 2-3 years, all very serious. Never ventured to AAS but i'm stuck in between bulking and cutting, due to the fact i have a flawed self image. I thought i'd give it a shot, it's done wonders for my friends. My main goal is to bulk with lean mass.
 
Lol! Ya no advice under 21 sorry its the rules some one your age and weight really has no business running anything that messes with hormones your 19 years old your test is at its peak... Post your workout in a different thread and we will help you out 160 at 5'11 is tosh.o build lol you need to get a good program and work out a few more years before you mess with your hormones
 
6 foot and 160 pounds you shouldn't be juicing.. much less being 19.. put in the time in the gym first. back in the old days they would kick your ass or laugh at you in the gym for juicing without putting in the sweat and pain. nowadays you have old school guys like me that will do it to you as well at the gym, but since your friends all juice i guess if they all jumped off the mtv building you would do it too right?
