It depends on how long you've been ON. Everynow and then your body needs a rest with a solid PCT regimen. clean your receptors, get your BP to normal and get off the meds. However, i'm not a fan of Time On = Time Off simply because you lose to much mass and in my opinion it's better to stay on for 3-6 months with short breaks or "bridges" in between and maximize your physique then i'll come off for a while. Bridging is done usually at 200-400mg of long ester Test. Here is what a year's worth of cycling looks like for me as an example.
