Oh yeah, I have a handful of people like that. I've made up nicknames for all of them and won't even wait on them, i'll send someone else.

We have that problem with small-time garage inventors. They see us on TV and show up with a sketch on a napkin thinking their invention will make them rich until they see how much it cost to make a prototype.

It's not really up to me bro, I kinda have to go of they tell me to. I get a fat ass raise and promotion, but as far as the final decision goes, it's all up to my management chain. If I had it my way, I'd take the position and raise and just stay here, but the fucker in the spot I want is like 33 years old and a genius, so it's not likely he's going to retire or be fired within the next two decades or so...

Every time a head-hunter calls you, give them that fuckers name. Eventually he'll get a better offer and move on.
