Brewin' a batch of Collards for Thanksgiving

Well, they are not exactly collard greens. In Portugal they have a plant called couve that looks exactly like collards. I've got them on the stove right now with some fatback and seasoned salt. They smell great and will go down good with the Turkey and dressing when I'm watching the Cowboys play tonight!

Michelle was gonna make greens, but we had so much food she decided not to make them. I probably gained 6 lbs today and I'm still hungry from sitting on my ass all day.

My greens were pretty good too, Deep-fried turkey,sweet potatoes, collards, conrbread dressing, brocolli and cheese casserole, salad, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, gravy, dinner rolls..... I`m going to eat again right now!
