if u want a mans point of view, i would not go with implants. im not trying to insult anyone here by any means, but when i look at a woman, i look at them at a natural point of view. i try to picture them with no makeup, not dressed up, just all natural. lifts are one thing, theres nothing wrong with a lift, but i personally believe people should be, for the most part, content with the body god gave them. if u cant fix it naturally, dont get it dont unnaturally. and plus, any D cuz is a good size, no need for anymore size.

I also had it over the muscle as well... i had very little discomfort that day and the next. as others have mentioned you want to make sure that you have things at level with your chest as it is not a good idea to lift your arms over your head, but your surgeon will talk to you about what you can/ cannot do... it took me a couple of weeks to get back into the gym... i have very light little scars underneath the breast... i went from a 36b/c to a 36d... the only thing i would do differently is go larger!!! someday i'll probably go back and get them redone! i'm from the albany (ny) area and went to the plastic surgery group... they were great!

A friend of mine had gone to the same doctor (and also had local, said it didn't hurt at ALL, etc., etc.. riiiight hehe)... She's the one that recommended him (which I def. DONT!)... and I was young, had just turned 18, naive .

My ex wife had them done and her doctor went through her belly button. I noticed everyone else here has been talking about scars and what not, why has no one even mentioned the going through the belly button procedure?

If you haven't heard of this all the do is make a small incision in your belly button and run a tube up your torso under your breast, place the saline bag there, and pump it up. I guess there is a little bit more pain involved due to shoving the tubes up your torse, but then again theres no pain and less risk for infection.

Also my question here. Is it very important for a woman to have breast surgery? Me and my new girlfriend have had in depth discussion about this and she is dead set on this being very important to her, not even so much as a sex issue but more a fashion issue I guess. She says none of her clothes fit her well and it has always been an irritation to her. Im an ass man myself so I really don't care, it's the cost that is irritating. My GF has small B cups.

So ladies tell me how important do you think it is to have nice looking breasts?

The importance of it depends on where you are coming from. I get irritated when girls w/ really nice breasts say they want to get bigger, and most of them say that when they are like 21 yrs old. I've been a bowling pin shaped person w/ small, declining B cups & gigantic hips. I lived w/ that until I was 34 and decided I could afford it. I researched it for 4 months and really thought about what I expected out of it. Was I going to all of a sudden become a better person? More popular? whatever?

I think all girls w/ the new boobs go thru the "look at my new boobs!" phase, and then they go back to normal. I love my girls and I'm finally somewhat proportional. My clothes fit and I really am not worried about it if someone starts staring at me. What it did for me was not make me want to stand out more, but rather it made me not feel like I had to hide. BIG difference.
