Would it bother you guys, though, if a woman put a blanket over her shoulder, draped it over the baby and then breast fed? It is obvious what is being done, but you don't see any booblage.

Actually, that is how it has always been done in my family. I've only seen my best friend just actually whip her boob out and feed, but that was just with me and her hubby in the room. It doesn't phase me.
