I been getting break outs on my arms from the aas that I use am on a AI. Can I use a soap or something to clear it up?

clearasil face wash with salylic acid and get the pads too with the same ingrediant I use them both on my face and body 2-3 times a day without them I'd look like a pepperoni pizza
