How do you tell someone that you're just not into it anymore? Especially if she is?

Tell her straight up. She will hate you but if you are 100% straight then you will not have much drama afterwords regarding leading her on, giving her false hope etc.
Do not attempt to be friends with her. Cut all ties, she will get over it faster and not become a psycho.

I'm gonna see her today - pretty mcuh gonna be a repeat of last last night.

I always look at it like taking off a band aid, Would you rather do it fast or slow? Well, which one hurts more?..... Exactly, Get it over and done with, No one likes to get dumped but at least appreciate the truth when its over. (Don't mention if you've met someone either, If you have that is) That will hurt her.. Don't react if for whatever reason she gets mad!

She moved into a new place - I still have to help her with a few things.
it's harder for me to deal with emotionally than I thought it would be.
