Breakfast

I just started CKD (3rd day) and I was wondering when I should eat breakfast...before or after cardio and how much time in between?
 
after am cardio. and eat a big breakfast, i always eat 3 eggs and 4 pieces of bacon but i should be eating more like 5 eggs and 7 pieces of bacon.
 
I usually eat my breakfast 1 hour before cardio... but I normally run like 3-5 miles, then do about 30 minutes abwork, then workout/lift about 60 minutes. So I know that I will burn off breakfast by that time, plus I can't take my Multivitamen on an Empty stomach, as I throw up every time, and I mean every time, that i do.

I think its up to you, but if you have enough energy to do Cardio before Bfast on a CKD and without any supplements in the morning, more power to ya. The CKd diet yields awesome results.

damn lee, you eating the yolks on those? ... nway, what I sometimes do is whisk up a block of soft tofu, add a little cayenne pepper, a little hot chili powder, a little black pepper, and even some basil sometimes, fry it up in a pan lightly coated with olive oil.. get 2 peices of whole wheat toast, glass of soy milk... and what do you have? about 28g of protein.. not bad. -without the cholesteral/saturated fats-
 
I'm not gonig to bother to start another CKD thread, SI i'll just hijack yours :)

Why is it important to cycle the calories every day. I'm gong by Mr X"s spread sheet. For example; why on one day eat 125g of fat and 176g of protein. Well the next day, the ratios change?

yea i eat the yokes with em, why is that bad?

Im still a newb but this is how I understand it...Day 1 involves a lot of fat to get u into ketosis, then there is an increase in protein in days 2-3 when one gets the most excercise in then days 4-5 require more fat as your muscles are deplored from glucogen and need more energy...feel free to prove me wrong
