you take a lot of arginine
is it really worth it ?

Looks good man, you cutting? That diet is reasonable and the protein you eat is very lean. Thing is why don't you eat more carbs in the AM? You'll burn it in your late night workout.

If I feel I'm getting flat, i'll bump the carbs up a little bit.

The thing is I don't want to be burning carbs in my late night workout, I want to be burning fat constantly. I'm the type of person that doesn't need Carbs to maintain high energy levels, infact the more carbs I eat, the less energy I have.

Everything I've heard about metabolism says to eat as soon as you wake up to get out of a catabolic state-I think you are making an error there

I think Tha one crumbcake knows his stuff
hey what works for him, works for him

peace...

Usually I'm between 7-8% Bodyfat.

Although for the past few months I've been a Fucked up son of a Bitch, I've shot all the way up to 12%.

I expect to be at 7% or Lower, in 7 weeks.

No, i won't touch Calories, I'll keep them the same throughout, If anything I'll increase calories by a couple hundred or so (All coming from Protein) to make sure i don't burn muscle towards the end.
