Hello everyone. After a lot of thought, reading the forums of EF, asking your opinion etc i have decided to throw away my current training program, clear my mind and begin the favorite 5x5 trianing program that i have printet-Bill Starr, Madcow.
I have being dieting till now since is summer at my country and going to the beach is a must every weekend. I decided not to care how my abs look
so even though is very hot i will start the 5x5 intermidiate program now and i will also increase my calories intake for strength.
I am 32yo, 5.9",180 pounds and approx 17% bodyfat. So, this is it guys. Its Friday today i will start fresh from Monday the new program and nutrition plan so i will keep you informed.
