As hard as he trains was I missing something but I think the highest weight I saw was 400lbs on squats? 4 plates? My high school football team averaged a 400lb squat..granted they weren't ragdolling 315...but power wise he is pretty far from impressive..He DEFINETLY makes a show when he's working out though...
Not hugely impressed..I have friends in the senior competitions pushing up over 500 lbs at weighing in at 215ish.
His way of unloading the bar is definately easier than the method I use. A lot easier on the back as well. I wish I could find some little troll I could pay to do nothing but put the weights away. I need a little "Plate Troll."
He typifies the stereotype meathead. It's what gives us a bad name. You don't need tp act like a fuckwit in the gym to get results.
