I'm planning doing these today for legs. I just wanna be sure I got it right cause I've never done em or seen em done anywhere before.
When I come down I sit on the box. But do I keep tension? Or do I relax my hips? How can I be 'sitting' and keep tension? And how long do I pause at the bottom?
