box squats

Much more difficult!!!!

These require tremendous strength from the hips. The key is to sit back as far as possible. They will kick your butt!!

Spatts and B Fold will be more than happy to tell you about the benefits of box squatting.

Thats great actually
I just did my fourth week of the 9 week program by dave tate. I went into it maxing 225 on squats
And I did low box squats for the first time this week, after 3 weeks of Good mornings, i was disapointed with a 240lb low box squat. I figured id get more out of 3 weeks of training. but i assumed that my box squat number would be similar to my free squat. so maybe i got more out of then i expected
