You can change your stance, bar ride/positioning, depth of box, speed and timing.
This is Tami's style which I think will suit most. The first rep she was a little sketchy on but after that she was just fine.
My style is much more dangerous. No question. I use the same height box and pause a bit longer. I don't suggest people do this unless they have a qualified trainer to help. ALWAYS WEAR A BELT.
