I maxd out on box squats today with 135 lbs, the box was right at paralell. Then did a few pull throughs, ab pull downs, hypers and deadlifts. Today was the first time I ever did deads so I just used 95. All and all I had a pretty good workout.
congrats...you did great today...you really pushed thru those squats hard. attempted 145 and wanted to try it again. you looked real good on the deadlifts too. you be up in the numbers in those real quick.
