Bowling Sucks

went to this charity bowling even for Big Brothers and Sisters.....so i'm all like yeah I'm gonna rock and roll, I'm really gonna try and bowl good.....so I start bowling and I get a gutter....then another gutter.....then another gutter.....

i don't know what my problem was.....so anyway, I finally started knocking some pins down and the second round I managed to break a 100....heh

here's the real kicker though....I can be really competitive, so it about killed me that one of the girls on my team would walk up to the lane, literally drop the ball straight down, it would go klunk, and proceed to roll down the lane straight down the middle real slowly and she would somehow get 8 or 9 pins every time and then she would giggle.....that's right....giggle....

I used to date a guy who could've been pro but didn't want to travel. He'd regularly bowl 300 games & offered to teach me to bowl. I just was never interested and I'm really bad at it.....didn't want to compete with 300 games all the time either!

my uncle was pro and he used to get over 300 like every time... i think the highest he got was 394

I haven't bowled in two years. Highest I ever got was 114. That is why I don't bowl.

We bowl in a mixed couples bowling league once a month. It's mostly just a couples night out goofing off with everybody bringing some munchies & alot of beer drinking going on. Nobody seems to take it too seriously though so that keeps it kinda fun. Most people average ~ 150 or so.
