if you read my other thread, i was trying to sell a bowflex sport for $450-400.
i found a buyer. hes paying $350. im gonna use that to buy a weight bench and weights. what do you guys think. i paid $899 for it, big loss

That is not bad at all. get an adjustable bench, some dumbells and an olympic weight set.

I knew some one with a bow flex, he did not need a closet, could hang all his clothes on the bow flex.

I have access to one and I love to use it every few weeks or so for that "different" feel on the muscles. I've only used it for chest and back. I could never solely rely on one of those things though. I'm scared that one of those "power-rods" will break off and go flying and kill someone.
