thanks, im probably gonna join the gym. you get more motivated there, instead of making urself workout at home. once i get in my car, ill go straight to the gym and workout, withoput having breaks like at my house

Like perp said, it's great that you're trying to sell it, but this is hardly the place to do it. Especially since anybody who bothers to read this forum will know that reliance on machines, let alone a Bowflex, is a terrible way to approach training.

I had a bowflex and its a piece of crap. Thank god I wised up and joined a gym. Hope you plan on doing the same....

Ebay and local classifieds would be a better bet. This probably isn't the best time to sell it; the market will be flooded with this stuff as people abandon their new year's resolutions.
