Man it can be worst, some of my ex teamates, wore receivers gloves in class ,

So the day after I brought my helmet ,

Obviously the scene is different in the USA, but I always have them in a pocket for when there's a lot of blood about. Normally I'd put them on if I'm helping to clean up a guy who's been bottled or glassed. Broken nose's and split lips bleed very heavy also, but I normally ask those poeple to leave as there's nothing too serious there. Unless of course their assailants are still hanging about, in which case in ireland we're legally obliged to protect the victim.
I could'nt imagine a good reason why I'd need to wear them on the door however.
