Boston Market meals pre workout

Is the food from Boston Market nutritious? I'm talking about the chicken (white meat NO skin), turkey, green beans, broccoli, gravy, mashed potatoes, corn bread, and potatoes au gratin.

I plan on eating, sometimes for pre workout, either chicken or turkey with gravy, 2 sides (1 veggie and 1 starch), and a piece of cornbread.

Is this good for someone who is NOT cutting?

An awfully similar thread was posted on another board, and i would have to go with the responses that were made over there.
