I am having some serious head issues right now. On Saturday night I had a beer (Dos Equis Lager), A vodka and soda water, and about 6oz. of Pinot Grigio while out to dinner with my girlfriend for her birthday. I have been seeing some phenomenal cutting results over the past month and a half or so, and I need to know how detrimental you all think my lapse in discipline was. I haven't drank since new year's, and I can't imagine it being that big of a deal, but I want to hear your input. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated by my neurotic ass.

It all comes down to calories, so just think of it as a cheat day. Don't stress about it, just don't repeat it all the time either. As long as you're back on track now, I'm sure damage is minimal.

I used to drink 3-5 times a week, but I would get progressively sicker everytime I drank as I have gotten into progressively better shape over the course of the past few years. It is difficult at times especially seeing as I manage a nightclub, but all I really have to do is think about how shitty it makes me feel and how weak I will be in the gym the next day and the urge to splurge usually passes. Saturday I drank more out of feeling obligated than out of a want to drink, I think that is why I am so pissed.

I know, it's not like I am contemplating eating a pistol or anything like that, I just wanted some feedback on how much if any damage I have done to my diet.

virtually zero damage

dos equis - 150 calories
vodka & soda water - 66 calories
glass of wine - 150 calories

366 calories. 1 pound = 3,500 calories

if you stored it ALL as fat, (which is impossible) you would have gained one-tenth of one pound

stop freaking out is my advice

Simple as that, thanks Bran.... Seems funny that I care, seeing it laid out like that. Still don't plan on any more cocktails any time soon
