Most of them don't look near as good as a nice implant job because the owner is....fat.

a. how they look
b. how they move
c. how they feel

if a guy does all of the above and thinks they're real, then what the hell, you could say they're worth it. But be warned, you better have a good fuggin plastic surgeon to install them.
