Gad. At 4,000 cal/day, and I'm sick of eating.
I'm 36" in the waist and 195 lbs. I don't look "fat" but I feel fat.
I know I have to do this to get bigger, but I can't stand how much I have to eat every day.
I'm on the MuscleNow program and have gotten good results. First thing to happen when I started it a year ago was improvement in vascularity and fat loss.
My training day meals at 4,000 cal are like this
Pre workout -- 225c 75p
Post workout -- 225c 75p
Meal 3 -- 90c 60p
Meal 4 -- 90c 60p
Pre bedtime -- 40c 60p
In a couple weeks, I'll have to switch to a cutting phase which means dropping 1,500 cal/day (2,500) until the excess fat comes off. Then jump up by 1,000 cal/day (3,500) and see if I make gains or need to go up another 500 cal.
I wish my body gained mass without putting on fat. I feel like a blimp after eating.
Need some sympathy here.
