Bone problem

My bone is really hurting me after i curl, bench, or lift dumb bells. It is my fore-arm bone not the hole bone just the side were my pinky is at. only half of my fore-arm not the hole thing. Does any one know what is wrong?
 
My guess is that the bone isn't hurting, probably a muslce or a tendon next to it???

Is there anything tender to touch?

ive heard of other things pretaining to hurting bones, some people can get stress points in the bone itself. But this is usually aquired when only lifting super heavy, or your not getting enough calcium. But then again it might not be a bone problem, maybe a tendon instead.
