BodyOpus Training...

Anyone have the training split for bodyopus..I know you only work out 3 days a week with one being a full body...anyone got the actuall layout??
 
my guess is that a guy called anthrax invasion would have some info on it... but what do you know... he's been banned and i haven't seen his latest reincarnation (at least i didn't recognize it if i did)

I'm gone for a week and AI is banned? Damn, I'm gonna miss that sarcasm.

that's the third time BTW - first he was legion, got banned, came back as tom treutlein, got banned, came as AI, so he should be back soon ;)
 
I don't understand why they even bother banning people if they just come back under a different name anyway. That's like getting flagged from a bar, getting changed, then coming back inside. "Oh it's cool, he changed his clothes."

Sword, I'm not sure if BodyOpus is the same as the CKD diet that I did last year, but if it is then it was:

Monday: Upper Body Depletion (bench, military press, barbell curl, lat pull down for 3 sets of 15 reps, one minute rest)

Tuesday: Lower Body Depletion (squat, leg curl, extension, calves for 3 sets of 15 reps, one minute rest)

Thursday Evening:Full Body - I'm pretty sure it was 10-12 rep sets.

I'll look around to see if I posted any logs back then.
