I don't understand why they even bother banning people if they just come back under a different name anyway. That's like getting flagged from a bar, getting changed, then coming back inside. "Oh it's cool, he changed his clothes."
Sword, I'm not sure if BodyOpus is the same as the CKD diet that I did last year, but if it is then it was:
Monday: Upper Body Depletion (bench, military press, barbell curl, lat pull down for 3 sets of 15 reps, one minute rest)
Tuesday: Lower Body Depletion (squat, leg curl, extension, calves for 3 sets of 15 reps, one minute rest)
Thursday Evening:Full Body - I'm pretty sure it was 10-12 rep sets.
