Hi,
New to the site, but been active along time on others. Im starting my first mass building cycle soon but im 13.5% bodyfat and 150pds Should i start my cycle with this amount of bodyfat or cut to 10%. Oh, please don't go on about reaching my natural limit because i know all that. Im too impatient to do all that work again.

About 6 months ago i recovered from an illness that saw me go from 180pds 11%BF, to where i am now. So i just wanna get back to where i was. What do you think guy's?
 
By mass I asume you mean bulking. For myself I would actually prefer to be at a higher BF% . I think it makes gaining easier.
 
I would hit it hard clean first. You should rebound nicely after your illness. You could probably hit 185 to 190 pretty easy. At that point I would think about adding in the AAS. You could probably go over 200 easy that way.

bro at 150 13% that does not sound like you have much of a base. that is fine if you don't want to reach your limit natty but at least get into workout shape before hopping on. get back into the gym put on some weight natty get some strength back. you don't wanna just hop on and your muscles are not in a routine. you will be sore as hell and not get the results you want.

Im back in the gym about 2 months feeling good though and eating well, im on a mission to get my body back.

good luck. just get your base back and when you hit a plateau maybe get on some aas. you should get all the natty gains you can. muscle memory is amazing i had surgery last year on my gallbladder i lost 15 lbs and got it back so fast. i was very weak and would get sore after every workout like when i first started years ago. once i worked through this i hopped back on.
