Bodyfat percentage?

I just got my weight and bodyfat tested today and im 238lbs with 16% bodyfat. I want to get down to single digits, something like 8-9% with a weight of 210lbs. My next cycle will be in may primobolan and winny will be my choice for 12 weeks. Primo at 400mg a week and winny from week 5 to 12 50mg e/d. I will monitor how i look because i may want to get a lower weight like 200lbs and bodyfat of 6-7%. Do anyone have suggestion about my cycle Im 5,11" with a couple of cycles under my belt. Do you think i could accomplish this goal by the beginning of july? thanks.
 
Your main concern should be diet you can cut on most anything.

No im not competing. I just want to get down to about 215 for my cycle. I probably cant drop that percentage but i know i could drop 25lbs with cardio and dieting (lift of course). I will keep everyone posted.
 
Don't cut too many cals out!!

I always lose tons of muscle when I do any more than a 300 cal deficit..while not on aas

Like Radar said, get your diet straight, then once you're on you can do a deficit without losing hypertrophy

Foucs on getting diet tight and add some testosterone.
 
I'd agree with the others. Only thing is that you have a fine line between getting that single digit BMI and losing lean muscle mass. My goal is tight definition, hard & cut with great vascularity; not huge bulk. I'm at 5% body fat, (6 ft at 185 lbs), and right about where I want to be (avatar pic is about a month old). As soon as I try to put on any size, I lose the veins. So you need to make a choice there.

Believe it or not we have the same goals. I dont want to be massive/huge with cuts. I want to slim down to about 215lbs and see how i look. If im took bulky i will go down to about 200lbs. I dont mind losing some muscle mass. hard cut and vascularity is what i want to.
