and if you could help me out..where on my body is the Midaxillary Skinfold, Subscapular Skinfold anf the Anterior Suprailiac? Im looking for a pictuer describing it..but i havent found it yet. I was using my electronic bf measurer, but it sucks donkey balls. This isnt 100% accurate either. But that darn machine shows me at 17% now. And i have abs. Go figure. It must be all the fat in my brain.

The Midaxillary Skinfold, Subscapular Skinfold anf the Anterior Suprailiac skin folds are all around your nut sack. You have to squeeze the callipers real hard in the middle of your sack to get an accurate measuerment.

Really!!! I thought the Physical Trainer who did my BF measuemnerts was gay when he fondled my nut sack and said "Oh yeah, these babies are looking good, no fat there."
