bodyfat guess?

Sorry about the bad lighting. I took these in the mirror and the flash seems to wash all the detail out.
What do you think my bf% is?
At the end of June I was 245 at 7.5%. I got sick with the flu... lost 15lbs. Put 10 back on and then got it again.
I have only been eating four times a day for a while. I'm back up to 240 so far.
I am thinking I am around 9%. That may be wishfull thinking though...

I do a set or two every day. Thats it. I just rotate what I do for exercizes.

which is a good thing... Don't put too much value on a percentage. Though its good to know here and there as long as a steady progress is being made no biggie. Everyone carries different fat in different places, so its always hard to tell... like we really need wheel pics to get an overall estimation, back too.

Im gonna say on a definate its less than 9% no doubt.
 
Hopefully it will be going down now that I am starting to eat properly again. My workouts have been real good this week too.
 
I'd guess in the lower 7% range. I hover between 7% and 8%. When at 7% my chest is much more defined, (similar to yours but smaller)! 10% I get hip veins, 9% I get stomach veins, then I just get more stomach and chest veins as I below 8%.

I've got the veins coming up through the belt line. Some into my delts. I can see some trying to get through in my pecs.

I really just need to keep my diet in check.. no cheating.. no skipping meals.
That and giving 100% to my workouts.
If I do those things I should be where I want!

Yea, every time I stop planning my meals ahead of time I get off track. Thats key for me. Looking good bro, keep it up.

My meals have been on pace.
My workouts have been good for a week.
Its funny how when you post pictures you stop screwing around all of a sudden.. LOL.
 
I have been living on the Dark Side so long I am kind of wondering what has changed where all the normal people are...
