11:30 - 6oz chicken,6oz yam, enough salad and veggies to cloat a pig
2:30 - Same as Meal #2
4:00 TRAIN
5:30 - glucose, whey shake
8:00 - Enough veggies to bloat a pig, 4-5 big handfulls of peanuts, Big ass casein shake with skim, egg whites, 1 scoop protein, and some sf syrups...........
