Bodyfat < 10%

man your carbs are low bro, and cals are low in general......dont you think? Especially at night.........you got me by 45 lbs and I feel like I eat 2x as much........
 
You are right about the carbs etc.
I did forget to add that I eat oatmeal about a half hour after the gym... couple for carbs.. not a lot though.
I have, for the most part, been trying to keep muscle and lose bf. I had worked with a nutritionist out in CA in the beginning of the summer. I went off on my own a bit.
My big problem is that if I touch sugar, white flour or starch I get fat fast. I can visibly see the difference in my abs if I cheat over the weekend!
I guess if I had to put my goals in order it would be this:
1. get lean as hell
2. get bigger
I was eating nine times a day but was told I wasn't giving my body enough time between meals to burn bf. I think I am going to throw in another shake at 10am. I feel skinny and fat all at the same time. On the board I go by Slat1... in real life I am known as Body Dismorphia! My new goal will probably be 250 with abs... that is unless the cardio starts dropping the lbs.. it shouldn't!
 
430 am - cardio
5:30 - 1/2 - 3/4cups steel cut oats, 1 cup egg beaters, 1/2 scoop protein - 1TB of ANPB
8:30 - Same as meal 1 + 3/4 cup dry curd cottage cheese, touch of carb sense skim
11:30 - 6oz chicken,6oz yam, enough salad and veggies to cloat a pig
2:30 - Same as Meal #2
4:00 TRAIN
5:30 - glucose, whey shake

8:00 - Enough veggies to bloat a pig, 4-5 big handfulls of peanuts, Big ass casein shake with skim, egg whites, 1 scoop protein, and some sf syrups...........

nah man...that was last month when I was being called out by that NJ homo.........it was on a whim, I was completely diced this summer...trying like crazy to put on some weight.........

Those are 6 SMALL meals bro, putting on weight is going to be hard eating that little

Thats how I got to 6% bro...................it's been changed...........no food differences, just portions............

What do you suggest?
 
Jkurz1, I just checked your gallery, too. Man, you are sliced and diced! Your abs are BOOMING!! What are your stats if you don't mind me asking??
 
QUIT IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are going to make me feel guilty and turn back!!!!!!! what was that, about a month ago? I was 6'2.5, 178 dry...............a touch over 6%

Now, I'm 6'2, 188........wet.........hahah........probably 8%.....but my cals have been cranked.............that's it, I'm not eating my next meal in 30 minutes!
 
Its always easier to put it on than it is to take it off. I like to get lean and grow... watch all the muscle striations move etc. I grow faster when I'm lean!
My idea of bulking is letting myself hit 10% bf... then I get all depressed and have to lose it again... LOL. I would kill for 6%!!!
