I had the test performed earlier. Came out at 7.5%. The gentleman administering the test told me in the AM your BF% tests lower than it does in the PM. I think I am closer to 9% myself.

THAT PIC IS WAS JUNE???? and you're 240 now at 9%?????? WOw......pics must be decieving.........I would have seriously said 170 in that pic........props.

Remember I'm 6'3". It takes a lot to look big. I'm not quite there yet.. but.. working on it!

I'm extremely pale in the picture too. I don't think it helps. I still think I look like I weigh 190! A lot of people have been telling me I look bigger and thicker that have not seen me in a while.

The question was why would he need to post under different screen names. Why not just use one instead of multiple.
 
Got my bf% done yesterday. Posted the print out in my gallery (sorry don't know how to post in the thread. Seven point test... 7.5% at 240 even (morning test... 242 right now). I will update my gallery soon too. I think I am closer to 9%... I hope anyway cause I feel like a fat ass!
 
Good stuff bro........Looks to me like there was a "1" before the 7, but 17% is decent.....I'm joking bro........so, fill us in on your diet/training/cardio, etc.........give us the 411

My diet is pretty simple:
7am - 70gram shake
8am - oatmeal, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40, grapefruit juice
noon - 4 pieces multi grain bread w/ all natural Teddy peanut butter, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40.
3pm - 70gram shake, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40
7pm - (post workout) myoplex mrp, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40
9pm - Steak or chicken... 12 to 16oz, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40
midnight - 70gram shake, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40
*I only drink water or green tea during the day. I have been taking Gensing, Green Tea and Lean out pills 3 times a day too.
Here's the good stuff.... four weeks into this:
wk 1 - 10 test ent 500mgs ew
wk 1 - 10 tren ent 500mgs ew
*HCG wk 5, 500ius a day for ten days
**Clomid set up for 300/100/50 for 28 days starting wk 13.
I would like to get to 250 with abs! LOL. Probably still look like I was 190 though!
 
Oh yeah.. just started cardio this week. 20 minutes on a treadmill post workout... 5% incline at 3.5mph. I think I will hit cardio four to fives times a week!
