My diet is pretty simple:
7am - 70gram shake
8am - oatmeal, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40, grapefruit juice
noon - 4 pieces multi grain bread w/ all natural Teddy peanut butter, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40.
3pm - 70gram shake, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40
7pm - (post workout) myoplex mrp, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40
9pm - Steak or chicken... 12 to 16oz, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40
midnight - 70gram shake, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40
*I only drink water or green tea during the day. I have been taking Gensing, Green Tea and Lean out pills 3 times a day too.
Here's the good stuff.... four weeks into this:
wk 1 - 10 test ent 500mgs ew
wk 1 - 10 tren ent 500mgs ew
*HCG wk 5, 500ius a day for ten days
**Clomid set up for 300/100/50 for 28 days starting wk 13.
I would like to get to 250 with abs! LOL. Probably still look like I was 190 though!
