I’m 27, aiming to compete in Season C 2027 in AUS. Plenty of time to put on some mass.
I will be logging my progress as I go

I started using PEDs in Nov 2024 and have kept my usage relatively low under the guidance of a coach.
I was 130kg in Feb 2024 and cut down to 95kg by Dec 2024. I am now weighing 116.5kg at 180cm with a lot more muscle.
I am currently running:
Test E 525mg p/w
EQ 315mg p/w
Training split:
Monday - legs and arms
Tuesday - back and chest
Wednesday - arms and delts
Friday - legs and arms
Saturday - lats and delts
Nutrition:
Training days - 3710cals, 236P, 580C, 40F.
Rest days - 2974cals, 275P, 322C, 59F
