Was wondering what typical measurments / bodyfat % is for strongmen and powerlifters. Also wondering what the bench/squat/dead max is for some famous bbers (ie. ronnie, jay cutler, arnold back in the day etc.). On a seperate note I was also wondering what mike tyson bf% and arm measuremtn was, and was also wondering what tyson's max lifts were. bPost anything you know.

I'll name some of the numbers that I do know:

ronnie - 800 deadlift +, 800 squat+, 200lbs dumbbells for 12reps on bench

jay cutler - not sure

arnold - claimed like 500 bench, not sure on other numbers

franco pulled a 700 deadlift, considered strongest bodybuilder in his era

lou ferigno did a few reps with 225 standing military in pumping iron

Most pro bodybuilders such as Dennis James, Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Kevin Levrone, and Chris Cormier are capable of repping with 455lbs to 495lbs on the incline barbell press. As for the full squat. . these pros are capable of handling 500lbs or better on the regular squat and up to 675lbs on the partial squat.

Ronnie Coleman has also performed a seated frontal military press with 405lbs for a couple of reps.

Their strength is freakish. . .but these guys carry a bodyweight greater than 280lbs.

thanks guys..... anyone know about tyson? i was looking at some picutures of him before boxing matches late in his carreer (1999/2000) and he looks damn huge, almost like someone who trains for bbing. just wondering bout him.

Not sure on tyson's measurements, but he is pretty cut ... 6-7% (at least, in some of the pictures).
