Last year, I was able to successfully cut to about 8% bf w/ app. 150 carbs 200-225 Protein and 75ish grams of fat. My calories were lowenougfh to cut nicely. Now(I started my diet yesterday) I've decided to cut my carbs to app. 55. The way I have it set up to 235g Protein 55 carbs and app. 90-100g fat. My question is, have any bodybuilders( not just casual dieters) used Mr. X's version of a keto diet w/ only like 120g protein one day, 150 another, and 150+g fat? And been successful w/ it, not losing substantial muscle? It's interesting, but, I haven't had a day where I arte less than 200 grams of protein in years, just looking for some feedback. I'm 5'9 and 200 lb's.
